Hill will continue coming off the bench against the Kings on Saturday.
Hill (groin) was limited to 12 minutes Thursday in a win over the Knicks, but still scored eight points (2-5 FG, 4-4 FT), grabbed two boards and dished out three assists.
Hill (groin) will be on a minutes restriction Thursday.
Hill (groin) sat out Wednesday's practice, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Hill came off the bench Tuesday and produced 13 points (5-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, and an assist over 20 minutes.
Hill will follow a limit of about 20 minutes per game until he can handle a larger workload, the Indianapolis Star reports. "We don't want him to reinjure it," coach Frank Vogel said after a light practice prior to Tuesday's game against the Raptors. "It's not a challenge from my standpoint to keep him at that because once we started expanding [the minutes played] the last time we lost him for 11 games, and we're not interested in doing that again. We've got to be smart with it and hopefully soon we can increase [the minutes]."
Hill came off the bench again Sunday, putting up 17 points (7-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, three assists, one block, and one steal in 20 minutes in just his second game back from a groin injury.
Hill (groin) is expected to play around 20 minutes during Sunday's game against the Magic, Jeremiah Johnson of FOX Sports reports.
Hill (groin) returned to action Friday, coming off the bench to play 20 minutes against the Heat. He scored 13 points (5-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and added two assists and a steal.
Hill's (groin) status has been upgraded to probable for Friday's game against the Heat and is expected to play off the bench.
