Lee said it was likely he'll undergo surgery to repair a torn right hip flexor he sustained in Game 1 of Golden State's first-round playoff series against Denver, the San Jose Mercury News reports. Initially, the plan was for Lee to recover through rest and rehab.

Lee (hip) had five rebounds and one steal in eight minutes Sunday in the Warriors' Game 4 overtime win.

Lee (hip) scored five points and grabbed two rebounds in three minutes of action Friday night in Golden State's loss to San Antonio in Game 3 of their second-round playoff series.

Lee (hip) has been dressed but hasn't played in either of the Warriors' first two games against Spurs in the Western Conference semifinals.

Lee (hip) is active for Monday's Game 1 in San Antonio, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Lee (hip) will be active for Golden State's second-round series with San Antonio, but his potential workload is up in the air, CSN Bay Area reports. "I'll be in uniform, but we'll just have to see how it progresses and maybe actually play a couple minutes," he said.

Lee (hip) could play a decent role in the Warriors' second-round playoff series against the Spurs, the Contra Costa Times reports. Coach Mark Jackson stated, "It depends on how he's feeling and what the doctors and training staff and everybody else says about it... If he's healthy, and he can give us something, I will certainly utilize those minutes properly."
