Romo says he's right on schedule in his rehab from back surgery in December, the Dallas Morning News reports. "It's going good," Romo said. "We're getting close now. Usually it takes three months, it's just normal kind of roundabout date that they give you and we're right on schedule. Really ahead in a lot of ways. Just going to be ready to go here in about a month and rehab is going good, no setbacks of any kind."
Almost all ($12.5 million) of Romo's $13.5 million base salary has been converted to a signing bonus, ESPN Dallas reports.
Romo (back) is "on target and feels good" with respect to his rehab, according to Cowboys' executive vice president Stephen Jones, the Dallas Morning News reports.
