2015 Outlook: By NFL standards, Rivera is a subpar athlete who established whatever fantasy relevance he had in 2014 through volume. Consider: His 95 targets ranked seventh among tight ends, but he finished 18th in fantasy points at the position. He also dropped seven passes and averaged an anemic three yards after catch per reception, which reflects his pedestrian open-field abilities. In 2015, the Raiders drafted Clive Walford, who may turn out to be a better overall player, and we're not big believers in Derek Carr or the supposedly revamped Raiders passing game. Rivera has some weekly red zone TD upside, but you can do better.
