Fantasy Football '98 Rules: Commissioner's Powers

Rules Index Starwave acts as the Commissioner for all leagues. The Commissioner has the power to rule on all aspects of ESPN's Fantasy Football '98 game, including but not limited to: league business, player trades, infractions of these rules and disputes among franchise owners. The decisions of the Commissioner shall be final and irreversible. The League Office has the right to make any necessary changes to the game and rules as the season progresses. Any changes will be properly noted on the frontpage of the game.

The use of ESPN.com and participation in the Fantasy Football game are subject to Starwave's Terms of Service Agreement, which is incorporated into this rule set.
