SJSan Jose Sharks
Taylor Fedun
Apr 12: Fedun was assigned to AHL Worcester on Sunday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports. Fedun, who rejoins Worcester for the team's playoff push, notched four helpers in seven games with the big club this season. With Worcester, the 26-year-old blueliner has notched 33 points and 37 PIM in 63 AHL games to date.

Apr 4: Fedun collected a pair of helpers in Saturday's loss to the Coyotes. Fedun's now got three assists and nine shots on goal in four games with the Sharks this season. The 26-year-old blueliner has put up great numbers at the AHL level, but he's got just seven career NHL games under his belt, so we would be careful before considering snatching him up for these final few games. He's likely auditioning for a role next season right now, so if he keeps producing, he could be a sleeper in some deeper leagues in 2015-16.

Apr 2: Fedun grabbed an assist, a plus-1 rating, and a pair of shots in Wednesday's win over the Avalanche. Fedun grabs his first point with the Sharks in his second game in the uniform and his sixth NHL game total. Fedun has bounced around a lot in his career, but is getting a shot to prove his worth while the Sharks have very little left on the line this season.

Mar 29: Fedun was recalled from AHL Worcester on Sunday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports. Fedun, who has notched 33 points in 63 games for Worcester to date, will bolster the Sharks' blue line in advance of Sunday's game against the Penguins, with Marc-Edouard Vlasic dealing with a lower-body injury.

Mar 7: Fedun was recalled from AHL Worcester on Saturday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports. Matt Irwin (upper body) is slated to miss Saturday's game against the Canucks, prompting the Sharks to recall Fedun to bolster the team's depth. It doesn't sound like Fedun will enter the lineup Saturday as a direct replacement for Irwin, however, as those duties are likely to go to veteran Scott Hannan. Unless the Sharks suffer another injury on the blue line, Fedun figures to remain in the press box for the duration of his stay with the parent club.

Oct 7: The Sharks have cut Fedun from camp, according to Curtis Pashelka of the Mercury News. After looking good through much of camp and appearing to be on the short list, Fedun has been sent to the AHL. He may be at the top of the list for a call-up if one of the young defenders doesn't work out.

Sep 23: Fedun took a team-leading six shots in one of Tuesday's split-squad preseason matches between the Sharks and Canucks. Fedun is battling for a roster spot. He played a solid 18:52, took a penalty, and was getting involved offensively. He's starting to make the case for himself, but even if he makes the roster, he will likely have limited fantasy value.
