Armstrong returned to the Montreal lineup after missing 10 games due to a knee injury. He skated 7:47 on the fourth line and saw minimal action on the penalty-kill unit.

Armstrong (knee) skated with the fourth line with Jeff Halpern and Brandon Prust during Monday's practice, the Montreal Gazette reports.

Armstrong is expected to return to the lineup Tuesday at New Jersey, according to TSN.ca. The forward has missed the last 10 games due to a right knee injury.
