Gonchar, who was traded to Dallas on Friday, has agreed to a two-year deal with the Stars at $5 million per season, TSN reports.

Gonchar was traded to the Stars on Friday in exchange for a conditional sixth-round pick in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Gonchar has a standing offer from Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the KHL that is potentially worth more than $7 million per season, the Ottawa Sun reports.
