Choo received an injection of anti-inflammatory medication to combat the pain he is still feeling in his elbow, and is in the lineup for Thursday's game as the designated hitter, the Dallas Morning News reports. "This happens every spring training," Choo said. "It's the same problem, the same pain. Normally, it takes about 10 days, I take medicine, I DH. I get treatment. It makes it better... But in spring training, to play makes it worse... I'm not worried about it. I just apologize for not playing the field."
