Miller allowed two runs on three hits while striking out three over 5.2 innings Saturday, but ended up getting the no-decision.
Miller will start for the Cardinals on Saturday against the Cubs, and Carlos Martinez will move back to the bullpen, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Derrick Goold reports.
Miller will have his spot in the rotation skipped, as suspected, and will remain in the bullpen for the time being, MLB.com reports.

Miller was visited by a trainer during the fifth inning of Thursday's start against the Pirates, and he was taken out of the game after the end of the frame.
Miller allowed three runs on nine hits and a walk over 5.1 innings in Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Marlins.
