Oakland looks for a rare road win Sunday when it faces a struggling San Diego team that hasn't won much at home this year. Matt Leinart will start under center for the injured Carson Palmer (cracked ribs/bruised lung), quarterbacking a Raiders team that is 1-6 SU (2-5 ATS) on the road, getting outscored by an average of 31 to 14. The Chargers are only 2-5 (SU and ATS) at home this year, scoring a mere 18.4 points per game at Qualcomm Stadium.
